I’m Hassan Mohammed Khalil Enany, an aspiring film maker currently based in London, but open to moving around the world deepening on my current project. My first love is postmodern cinema, but I am interested in a variety of genres and am keen to experience as much of the wonderful world of cinema as possible from both a viewer’s perspective and an artists. My long term goal is to successfully translate the Hassan Mohammed Khalil Enany into productions that both fulfil my artistic goals, and succeed in a commercial sense. This will help to introduce my Middle Eastern influences to a Hollywood audience, something that has not been done before.

A Beautiful Tomorrow is the first complete title that was made under the Hassan Mohammed Khalil Enany brand and it acts as a distillation of my aims as a film maker, it is a short which explores Saudi Arabia’s stance on sex and gender, and potential areas for change within the system.

Rollo and Imara was a short I made in stop motion (another one of my great passions). It explores the relationship between an elephant and a dog on a wildlife reservation. It was submitted as part of the Aesthetica Short Film Festival, the emotional resonance in this piece is something that I am extremely proud off.

Aside from my filmmaking endeavours I also run Hassan Mohammed Khalil Enany Enterprises. This is a project I have set up that focusses on empowerment through new media assets, with a grounding in traditional mindfulness and positive thinking practises. It is hoped that with this, I can help those achieve more through a variety of techniques including personal affirmations and guided meditation.

I am continually on the hunt for my next big filmmaking challenges. If you have an idea, need something made or just want to chat films, please feel free to get in touch!
